Configuration - Ultimate Cart Recovery (EN)

Every setting lives under Stores → Configuration → Visicrea → Ultimate Cart Recovery. Use the table below as the canonical reference.

General

Path	Default	Meaning

`visicrea_ucr/general/dry_run`	0	Pipeline runs, no real send happens. Logged as `queued` then never advanced.

Detection

Path	Default	Meaning
`visicrea_ucr/detection/abandon_delay_minutes`	30	A quote is considered abandoned `delay` minutes after `updated_at`.
`visicrea_ucr/detection/attribution_window_days`	7	An order placed within this window of the last send counts as a recovery.

License

Path	Meaning
`visicrea_ucr/license/server_url`	Endpoint for periodic checks; `mock://always-valid` for offline dev.
`visicrea_ucr/license/force_dev_mode`	When 1, the install is treated as dev regardless of URL pattern.
`visicrea_ucr/license/grace_period_days`	After 24 h without a successful check, this many days before the admin banner appears.
`visicrea_ucr/license/banner_period_days`	Banner-only window before sending is disabled.

Sequences

Channels

Email - no per-channel config beyond Magento's mail setup.

SMS

Path	Meaning
`visicrea_ucr/channels/sms/provider`	`twilio` \| `brevo` \| `generic_http`.
`visicrea_ucr/channels/sms_fallback_daily_cap`	Total SMS / day per store before further sends are logged `fallback_skipped` (ADDENDUM A9).
`visicrea_ucr/channels/sms_twilio/account_sid` + `_token` + `_from_number`	Twilio creds - `auth_token` stored encrypted.
`visicrea_ucr/channels/sms_brevo/api_key` + `_sender`	Brevo Transactional SMS creds.
`visicrea_ucr/channels/sms_generic/url` + `_auth_header` + `_body_template` + `_from_number` + `_id_field`	Generic POST gateway. Body template can use `{{to}}`, `{{from}}`, `{{body}}`.

Webhook

Webhook endpoints are managed via visicrea_ucr_webhook_endpoint rows (admin grid arrives with the rules UI). Each row carries a secret used to sign outgoing requests with X-Visicrea-Signature.

Mailgun (incoming bounces)

The Mailgun integration listens on POST /abandoned-cart/webhooks/mailgun. Set the signing key via env:

MAILGUN_WEBHOOK_SIGNING_KEY=key-...

The controller verifies the Mailgun signature before acting on any event - see ADDENDUM A8.

RGPD / Retention
